Qualifications

At least one (1) year of prior experience as a line cook or in a high-volume kitchen setting.
Capable and ready to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Range: $45,000 - $60,000 - with potential for bonus based on eligibility and other business factors

Responsibilities

Expertly prepare all menu items following Outback Steakhouse's precise recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a pristine and organized workstation, ensuring all food preparation areas are kept clean and sanitized.
Operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and ovens.
Strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Manage food product rotation and inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Contribute to a positive and respectful kitchen environment, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
