Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Manager:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to meet business and quality objectives.
• Hire, train, and manage team members to maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to achieve profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and operational procedures.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork and accountability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and operational data.
• Provide coaching and support to enhance employee development and retention.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Manager:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or restaurant leadership strongly preferred.
• Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem - solving skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
