Role and Responsibilities:

As a Line Cook, you will prepare high-quality meals while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. You'll support the heart-of-house team to create great guest experiences.

• Prepare food items including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads using sautéing, broiling, frying, and other cooking methods
• Follow Red Robin's recipes and preparation techniques
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
• Maintain kitchen equipment and cooking stations in clean working condition
• Support kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 17 years of age or older

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range: $21.10 $24.01 (based on a 40-hour work week)
• Full compensation range: $21.10 $27.96
