Responsibilities:

We are looking for purpose-driven Shift Manager to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Shift Manager you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle and help Team Members optimize their work. The successful applicant will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leadership, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment
• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Lead the shift – manage the Team Members on shift with you.
• Oversee the cash drawer.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in the food industry
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• At least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Have open availability.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred
