Role and Responsibilities:

As a Bartender, you will serve guests with confidence and enthusiasm, providing expert knowledge of beverages and ensuring every experience is positive and memorable. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that rewards friendly, efficient service.

• Deliver exceptional guest service with personality, energy, and professionalism
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure seamless service
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality dining experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Pay: $15.95 per hour (based on a 40-hour week), plus tips
• Tips and referral bonuses
