Role and Responsibilities of Customer Service Crew Member:

As a Customer Service Crew Member at Wendy's, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, fast, and enjoyable experience for our guests. Whether you are working in the kitchen, preparing food, or interacting with customers in the dining area, your dedication to providing high-quality service and food will help uphold Wendy's reputation for excellence. You'll handle drive-thru, counter service, or kitchen depending on the shift while supporting your team and jumping in where needed. Key responsibilities include

• Engage customers in a positive manner by offering a friendly greeting and excellent assistance.
• Cook meals at Wendy's in accordance with the company's standards for fresh and quality food preparation.

• Offer assistance in choosing from the menu, recording orders accurately, and ensuring the proper processing of each order.
• Keep the restaurant in top-notch condition, well-supplied, and operating smoothly.

• Continuously ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.

• Expedite the process of providing change and receipts to patrons.

• Play a part in a cooperative effort to achieve sales targets within the allotted shift time.
• It is important to follow the company's security and safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
