The Store Leader is responsible for all staffing, sales, and operations in a Scooter's Coffee location. They must be friendly, energetic, and kind to employees and customers alike. This role builds and leads a friendly, service-oriented barista team, sets a high-energy work pace, drives sales, increases profitability, and demonstrates an engaged management style.
