Job Summary of Store Leader:

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Panda Express restaurant. The role focuses on achieving financial goals, ensuring top - tier guest experiences, and managing a motivated team. Individuals in this position will receive hands - on leadership training, mentorship, and continuous development support to help them thrive within Panda Express.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Leader:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Leader:

• Willingness to work in stores within a 50 - mile radius.
• Serve Safe certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast - paced environment.
