Job Summary of Team Associate:

We are hiring Team Associate to join our team - come work in a fun & fast-paced environment! As a Five Guys Team Associate, you'll take orders, prepare food, and keep the store in top-notch shape while providing best-in-class customer service to everyone that works through our doors.

Responsibilities of Team Associate:

• Carrying out a combination of roles, such as order processing, burger and fries cooking, sandwich assembling, dining room cleanliness maintenance, and ingredient preparation.
• Maintain a welcoming, efficient, and precise approach to customer service to secure a top-notch customer experience and consistent adherence to company standards.
• Meet Five Guys' expectations by keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and easily accessible for customers.
• Participate in group efforts to ensure the completion of fellow employees' tasks.
• Adhere to all miscellaneous assignments as given.

Qualification of Team Associate:

• Ability to connect with our guests- providing them with best-in-class customer service!
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not required.
• Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations.
• Ability to get to work on time and adhere to scheduled shifts.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time in warm and cold temperatures.
• The ability to lift supplies and materials up to 30 lbs.
