Role and Responsibilities:

Support the Restaurant Manager in managing and supervising the operational aspects of a designated QSR to exceed the Company's objectives for delivering exceptional guest service. Assist in monitoring and upholding the store to surpass Par Mar Stores' Image Standards and promote the Branded Concept effectively.

• Aid the manager in training and overseeing staff members to reach the daily goals while complying with the health department guidelines at the state, municipal, and federal tiers.
• Upon arrival at the store, customers should receive a warm greeting with the proper salutation, such as Good (morning, afternoon, or evening), signaling their welcome to the Par Mar establishment.
• Improve guest satisfaction by greeting them using the first name indicated on their credit card or personal check to create a more personalized and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with the organization's regulations by consistently following the recommended uniform and grooming rules, which prohibit visible tattoos, piercings, or excessive accessories.
• The role of the QSR Manager includes guiding and monitoring employees to maintain high levels of performance in managing cash transactions, upholding hygiene and orderliness, executing efficient food preparation practices, enforcing safety protocols, and implementing effective inventory tracking procedures, all designed to promote customer satisfaction and boost company profitability.

• Assist the Store Manager in recognizing employees who deserve promotion due to their competency in their roles and their continuous commitment to upholding and exceeding Company and Brand Policies and Procedures.
• Support in boosting and endorsing special sales and activities at Par Mar Stores within the store's vicinity, establishing a robust connection with the local community by engaging in and backing events as directed by the Company.
• Loss Prevention Measures: Mitigate potential losses by consistently abiding by company protocols, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to ethics in the workplace, and immediately informing the Store Manager of any instances of dishonest conduct.
• Efficiently fill in the required documentation with accuracy, tidiness, and punctuality, showcasing expertise.

• Proficiency in employing fingers simultaneously or individually is vital for a variety of tasks.

• Being aware of the surroundings and the layout of products and customers, identifying the colors and specifics of parked vehicles at gas stations, and executing tasks such as handling money transactions, interpreting price labels, operating cash registers and fuel pumps, are all dependent on having corrected vision.
• Climate conditions: requires the ability to handle a range of odors, dust, and fumes while working in mostly moderate temperatures, except for cases of extreme cold below 40 degrees in refrigerators or while driving in winter conditions.
