Role and Responsibilities:

As a Team Lead at Wingstop, you will oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth teamwork, and consistent quality standards. This leadership role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You will help drive success by mentoring team members, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering an energetic and positive workplace culture.

• Lead and motivate team members to perform efficiently while providing coaching and guidance for continued development.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through warm greetings, accurate order handling, and effective resolution of guest concerns.
• Supervise food preparation and quality to ensure that all items meet Wingstop's safety and taste standards.
• Ensure that cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are consistently upheld throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with management and report any issues that arise during daily operations.
• Oversee shift performance, including order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational consistency.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accountability for register balances at the end of each shift.
• Monitor inventory and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Encourage collaboration, professionalism, and productivity among team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Food Handler Certification required.
• Experience in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant setting preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Dependable transportation and ability to stand for the duration of assigned shifts.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay typically ranges between $13.00 and $18.00, based on experience and performance.
