Responsibilities:

• Extend a pleasant greeting to guests both in face-to-face interactions and over the phone, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Use the POS system proficiently to accurately and swiftly take customer orders.
• Keep yourself informed about the menu offerings, range of sauces, current promotions, and be skilled at offering personalized recommendations.
• Ensure precise execution of transactions, including the handling of cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
• Confirm and monitor the accuracy and appearance of orders to ensure they are prepared correctly for customers.
• Ensure timely handling and delivery of all orders as indicated.
• Finalize the cash drawer balance at the end of your shift and share the total amounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized appearance in the front-of-house and customer zones.
• Maintain adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols to support a healthy and safe workplace.
• Address guest concerns or questions in a professional manner, escalating to the management team when deemed necessary.
• Keep up the brand standards of Wingstop by appearing neat and well-groomed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in cashiering or restaurant work is considered a positive attribute.
• Candidates must hold or be prepared to receive a valid Food Handler Certification.
• Familiarity with computer-based POS systems.
• Proficient in cash-handling procedures and fundamental arithmetic competencies.
• Skilled in effective dialogue and forming meaningful connections.
• Talent for operating efficiently under stress in a rapid-paced team setting.
• Trustworthy, respectful, and always conducting themselves professionally.
• Illustrating integrity, truthfulness, and a profound sense of accountability is critical.

Salary:

Depending on one's experience level, where they are situated, and their willingness to work different shifts, monthly earnings can fall between 13,000 and 20,000
