Responsibilities:

• Execute the cooking and preparation of all menu items, including utilizing the grill, broiler, and fryers, to ensure they meet established Hardee's quality and presentation standards.
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other products with accuracy, using the correct amounts of ingredients and condiments.
• Manage the process of cleaning, slicing, and preparing fresh produce based on daily operational needs.
• Maintain accurate product freshness and quality by properly tempering, labeling, dating, and monitoring holding times; promptly discarding any expired or substandard items.
• Proactively communicate and adjust production levels of cooked items to match customer flow and prevent waste from overproduction.
• Perform routine cleaning and organization of the workspace, including cooking stations, utensils, equipment, and general areas like walls and floors.
• Ensure all tasks, from food preparation to serving, adhere strictly to health department and company safe food handling guidelines.
• Contribute to a safe and secure environment for all by consistently recognizing and upholding all established policies and procedures.
