Job Description:

You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while delivering fresh and satisfying food that keeps customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and courteous service to all customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare food accurately according to Subway's recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system or cash register efficiently, processing payments and handling change accurately.
• Follow the Cash-In Procedure to ensure proper recording and reconciliation of all payments during the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich preparation station and dining area throughout the shift.
• Replenish food items and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
• Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow all quality assurance protocols outlined in the Subway Operations Manual.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards as specified in company guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Successfully complete all University of Subway training courses as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 30 pounds as needed throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating within a team setting.
