The District Manager drives regional excellence for Papa John's, serving as the strategic leader responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of a cluster of restaurants. This role focuses on coaching and developing General Managers, implementing brand standards consistently, and executing strategies to maximize market share and profitability across the entire assigned territory.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage and motivate multiple General Managers and high-performing teams across a defined geographical district.
• Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and leadership development skills, focused on building talent pipelines and ensuring low turnover.
• 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a multi-unit supervisory role.
• Expertise in analyzing regional P&L statements, conducting operational audits, and implementing strategic improvements to maximize ROI and profitability per unit.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel frequently between locations for store visits and regional meetings.

Responsibilities:

• As the District Manager, you will be accountable for the overall strategic direction and financial health of all assigned units, ensuring they consistently deliver world-class service and superior product quality.
• Recruit, train, and empower General Managers, providing continuous performance feedback and resources necessary for them to succeed as single-unit leaders.
• Conduct regular, comprehensive operational and financial performance reviews (audits) across the district to identify efficiency gaps and drive high-impact process improvements.
• Directly oversee district-level financial management, including aggregated budgeting, forecasting, and rigorous expense control to achieve aggressive targets for sales and profitability.
• Ensure absolute, consistent compliance with all Papa John's policies, food safety standards, and local regulations across every restaurant in the territory.
• Lead and execute regional marketing initiatives and operational rollouts, ensuring maximum execution quality and brand consistency in every location.
