Role and Responsibilities:

As a Culinary Assistant, you will support kitchen operations to ensure that every meal is prepared to Pizza Hut's high standards. This hands-on role offers training and experience in food preparation, teamwork, and customer service.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards and recipes
• Provide a friendly and helpful service experience to customers when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
• Arrive on time and actively contribute to teamwork and efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 for driving positions)
• Positive, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with team members and guests
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is helpful but not required
• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and changing environment
