Role and Responsibilities of Dining Shift Manager:

Dining Shift Managers lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include

• The assurance of food quality involves rigorous testing and inspection processes
• Guiding and training team members to optimize their productivity
• Coordinating between different shifts requires clear and concise internal communication channels
• Proper inventory management and the process of ordering involves overseeing the stock levels and managing the procurement of goods
• Regular upkeep and cleanliness of the restaurant as a critical aspect of its operational success and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels
• Tracking safety and security conditions
• Facilitating and overseeing designated departments' schedules
• Fulfilling operational standards and achieving departmental objectives

Required Skills and Experience of Dining Shift Manager:

• The ideal candidate will have past experience in a leadership capacity, with a focus on restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries
