Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of supervisory or assistant management experience in a food service or retail environment, including exposure to P&L responsibilities, ideally within a quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to support closing procedures at least two evenings per week.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling moderately heavy objects.

• Actively engage in our internal leadership development program, seeking opportunities for advancement beyond the store level.
• Support profitability by adhering to cash handling and security protocols, managing inventory levels, optimizing labor costs, analyzing financial reports, and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of Team Members, Shift Managers, and fellow Assistant Unit Managers.
• Provide coaching and training to all team members, ensuring operational excellence and a consistently successful restaurant.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts with accuracy.
