Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Capability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, carrying trays, and walking.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, guiding them through the menu and daily specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, clearly communicating any special requests to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently to tables, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to provide an exceptional dining experience.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Proactively address any guest concerns or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
