Role and Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
Ability to communicate in English; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
Fundamental skills in reading, writing, math, and computer/POS systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
Reliable transportation to work and company events/meetings.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in fluctuating temperatures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
Previous leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant environment.
