Responsibilities:

  • Midway Technicians or Technical Support Personnel are key to the function of the facility, focusing on the maintenance and repair of the entertainment infrastructure, including arcade games, simulators, and other specialized electronic equipment.
  • Actively assist customers to ensure optimal operation of all amusement devices at all times, keeping the gaming area in prime condition.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer journey by providing the best mix of dining, beverages, and interactive games in an environment designed for ultimate enjoyment.
  • Proactively inform the direct supervisor of any significant issues or deviations from the norm, taking immediate corrective steps or proposing alternate solutions where appropriate.
  • Manage guest wait times and provide accurate, timely service and information to customers, team members, and management as necessary.
  • Welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude while managing various operational duties.
  • Greet every guest entering the gaming area warmly.
  • Quickly address and resolve technical malfunctions with amusement equipment to minimize downtime and assist customers.
  • Load and replenish tickets in prize redemption machines, with careful attention to securing ticket storage areas.
  • Respond to all guest inquiries, offering assistance and providing recommendations as requested.
  • Offer a polite farewell to departing guests.
  • Ensure overall satisfaction before the guest leaves and extend a sincere invitation for a return visit.
  • Alert a Manager immediately regarding any customer who appears dissatisfied with their experience.
  • Manage and organize merchandise inventory, ensuring items are properly stocked, attractively displayed, and securely stored.
  • Participate in merchandise counts at the beginning and/or end of a shift, if required.
  • Check and restock all necessary operational supplies, returning areas to company standards.
  • Communicate inventory or operational challenges to the Manager for resolution.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure the games area is clean and well-organized.
  • Verify that all games are free from clutter and obstructions.
  • Strategically arrange displays and merchandise to draw guest traffic and promote purchases.
  • Support the daily cleaning and organization of the technical workshop and storage spaces.
  • Execute routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on games (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) safely and effectively, following management's direction.
  • Aid with general facility maintenance as assigned by leadership.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support overall operations.
  • Cultivate a positive and constructive relationship with all team members to foster a supportive and effective work environment that promotes high morale and productivity.
