Role and Responsibilities of Drive Thru Cashier:

Your task as a Drive Thru Cashier requires you to bring forth a positive and engaging demeanor, along with a sense of urgency, to ensure customers keep choosing us for their dining experiences. • Connect efficiently with customers by greeting them warmly and with a smile to enhance communication.
• Accurately operate cash registers to receive payments and process transactions efficiently.
• Assist clients in maximizing the benefits of digital ordering tools and Mobile App Rewards to foster brand loyalty.
• Execute the creation of our iconic drinks and frozen delights impeccably.
• Conduct cleaning duties in assigned positions to maintain a hygienic and appealing environment.
• Run the payment and pick-up windows in a manner that maximizes operational efficiency.
• Handle and sack dine-in and drive-thru orders appropriately.
• Provide customers with the option to pay with cash, credit, or check and guarantee correct change and proof of their transaction by issuing receipts.
• Regulate transactions to maintain accuracy in pricing and quantities.
• Preserve the neatness of the lobby area, refill straws, napkins, and condiments for customer use.
• Utilize a broom, mop, and cloths to keep tables and drink stations clean.
• Administer return and refund requests appropriately and professionally resolve any customer complaints that arise.
• Maintain a consistent supply of napkins, condiments, and utensils throughout your shift.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and health guidelines at all times.
• Support with the startup or shutdown procedures as required.
