Role and Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Unit Manager, you will oversee multiple dining establishments to drive sales growth, manage expenses efficiently, and uphold operational standards at a superior level. You will provide leadership to ensure restaurants maintain clean and safe environments, deliver quick and friendly service, and foster the professional development of their teams while maximizing financial performance.

• Increase sales through local marketing methods, execution of national initiatives, and tracking competitor actions.
• Ensure restaurants are kept in a clean and safe condition, provide hot and freshly made meals, and strictly follow all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Conduct audits covering OER assessments, S.O.S. metrics analysis, insurance safety protocols, and mechanisms for collecting customer feedback.
• Offer instruction, support, and development programs for restaurant leadership teams.
• Coordinate initiatives aimed at individual growth, preparing for future staffing needs, and strengthening team dynamics.
• Assist restaurant leaders in educating staff and promoting a harmonious and encouraging work setting.
• Maintain regular communication with management teams to uphold Burger King's operational expectations effectively.
• Supervise and handle financial performance by forecasting trends, developing budgets, and evaluating profit and loss reports.
• Spend approximately 70% of the role visiting restaurants, appraising operations, and monitoring to uphold quality standards.
• Plan nighttime and weekend visits to oversee high-traffic operations and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Develop business strategies, perform financial evaluations, foster leadership growth, and manage day-to-day administrative functions.
