Job Summary of Crew:

The ideal position is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role involves preparing, assembling, and presenting treat orders while supporting overall restaurant operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew:

• Prepare and assemble treat products accurately and efficiently following health, safety, and company standards.
• Operate and maintain chill equipment and other restaurant tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked work areas, including counters, tables, restrooms, and storage areas.
• Perform end-of-day breakdown and cleaning of chill areas and other assigned zones.
• Ensure proper rotation of products and control food production processes.
• Assist in moving food, paper, and cleaning supplies throughout the restaurant as needed.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with co-workers to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Report any operational issues or unusual situations promptly to management.
• Support overall restaurant team by performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, proper hygiene, and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to read order monitors and follow established food handling procedures.
