What You'll Do as a Grill Operator:

• Construct a full menu displaying the wide range of food options available at Cracker Barrel, all cooked using the company's authentic recipes and culinary techniques
• Develop your culinary skills by mastering dishes that are both traditional and seasonal
• Guarantee the perpetuation of quality, cleanliness, and food safety measures unfailingly
• Assist the behind-the-scenes crew in collaborating with colleagues and management
