Job Summary of Restaurant General Manager:

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant General Manager:

• Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.

• Maintain food quality, safety, and operational standards in accordance with Panda Express policies.
• Drive store performance to meet financial, customer service, and operational goals.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant General Manager:

• High school diploma required; further education is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50 - mile radius and on weekends.
• Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast - paced environment and manage conflicts effectively.
