An opportunity has arisen at Burger King for a Burger King Manager Assistant to contribute to the success of the restaurant under the guidance of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role involves taking charge of operations during assigned shifts, supervising and motivating Team Members, and working towards achieving sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency targets in alignment with Burger King's strategic direction.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Burger King Manager Assistant, you will lead and motivate your team while ensuring the restaurant operates effectively and profitably. Your key responsibilities include:

Adhere to approved cash management procedures, including securely counting currency and supervising the cash register.
Conduct regular inspections to manage inventory levels and receive incoming deliveries.
Inspire and supervise team members to meet guest needs by providing timely, accurate, and friendly service in a clean environment.
Enhance staff skills and restaurant performance through coaching sessions and constructive feedback.
Support operational objectives by actively participating in shift plan execution.
Monitor prompt and accurate processing and distribution of goods to meet service speed standards.
Provide assistance and encouragement to team members at all stations to boost morale and engagement.
Evaluate restaurant performance to recognize achievements and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure the restaurant maintains compliance with operational and brand standards.
Assist the team by performing tasks assigned to Team Members when necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum age of eighteen (18) years.
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience in quick-service restaurant operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of college education.
