Job Summary of Restaurant Manager:

This role is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, developing high performing teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The position focuses on driving performance, managing resources, and creating a positive environment for both employees and guests.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager:

• Lead, coach, and develop team members including assistant managers, shift leaders, and crew.
• Deliver outstanding guest service while upholding brand standards consistently.
• Monitor and improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance reviews to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
• Handle inventory management, cost control, and ordering with accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement new products, promotions, and marketing campaigns effectively.
• Set performance goals and track progress to achieve operational and financial targets.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Manager:

• Experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in food service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of financial management including cost control and sales tracking.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and lead by example.
• Proficient in computer usage and basic math and writing skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:

• Salary range: $60,406 - $70,000 annually.
