The crucial tasks and obligations that need to be undertaken:

• Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor laws governing the provision of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated patrons.
• Sets up designated bar areas; requisitions and replenishes all beer options, wine varieties, spirits selections, paper necessities, stirring tools, garnish choices, glassware items, ice supplies, and fresh products.
• Handles inventory, prepares, cures, and maintains all recently obtained fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to preserve the quality of the product.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes, prepares, and serves beverage orders, following standardized recipes and portion control practices to deliver high-quality drinks.
• Validates the age of guests at the bar by checking their identification documents.
• Detects and addresses inebriated guests as instructed. Illustrates understanding of liquor statutes.
• Processes cash transactions from clients, provides change where necessary, verifies the authenticity of charges, records all transactions, and oversees the proper completion of vouchers.
• Safely secures and stores beverage products, food items, equipment, deposits, and cash drops, while also safeguarding the bank.
• Engages in typical cleaning activities to meet health and safety standards; maintains the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Maintains an attractive aesthetic in the bar by arranging bottles and glasses in an appealing manner.
• Cleanses stemware thoroughly to prevent any health hazards.
• Performs other responsibilities as provided.
