What You'll Do as a Line Chef:

Being a Cook at Cracker Barrel means being an indispensable part of the team responsible for creating the homey meals that are a favorite among our customers. Whether you're flipping pancakes, preparing fresh ingredients, or hand-molding biscuits, your role is essential in shaping the dining experience for guests.

• Prepare an inclusive selection of dishes encompassing Cracker Barrel's entire menu, all made according to the official recipes and preparation standards employed by the company
• Broaden your cooking repertoire by expanding your knowledge of traditional and seasonal dishes
• Ensure the perpetuity of high standards in quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Engage in teamwork with the kitchen support staff to support colleagues and supervisors
