Role and Responsibilities:

As a Guest Service and Sales Team Member, you'll make each visit to Cracker Barrel seamless and memorable. You'll welcome guests, assist with dining and retail needs, and ensure a warm, friendly experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, multitasking, and creating memorable guest interactions.

• Greet guests with a welcoming and genuine attitude.
• Assist guests in finding products or gifts that brighten their day.
• Coordinate seating and maintain smooth guest flow at the host stand.
• Keep retail areas organized and stocked with favorite items.
• Operate registers to process purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure a clean, inviting, and well-presented environment throughout the store and dining area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• No previous retail or restaurant experience required comprehensive training provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest service, retail, or food service environments is a plus.
• Ability to maintain composure and positivity during busy shifts.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented culture.
