Job Summary of District Lead:

Overseeing the operations, profitability, and success of numerous store or business locations within a specified region is the key responsibility of the District Lead. This leadership position involves setting performance targets, ensuring adherence to corporate regulations, providing guidance to store managers, reviewing financial statements, and executing strategic plans to promote growth.

Responsibilities of District Lead:

• Responsible for the total operation of multiple restaurants.
• Supervises restaurant management and conducts meetings and store visits to ensure direction is implemented properly and all restaurants are operating consistently.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills, advises, and counsels Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Conducts store reviews, certification reviews, and unannounced store visits as needed to evaluate the quality of service, friendliness, cleanliness, and management operations of each restaurant.
• Conducts performance reviews.
• Conducts security/safety audits, and performs the duties associated with cash management to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
• Accurately collects and processes all daily, weekly, and period end paperwork.
• Troubleshoots the profitability of each restaurant by monitoring daily, weekly, and period end sales and cost control figures, meets with Restaurant Managers each period to review profit and loss statements, and sets goals for improvement.
• Assists Restaurant Managers in executing local store marketing.

Requirements of District Lead:

• To participate, one needs to be at least 21 years old.
• Strong leadership acumen, clear communication proficiency, and adept at team bonding.
• Demonstrating a can-do attitude and a superior level of diligence.
• Ready to work for about 55 hours weekly, with the possibility of evening and weekend shifts, in high-pressure and stressful scenarios.
• A strong grasp of numbers, a higher education qualification, or more than four years of managerial participation in business, administration, marketing, or a related sector are fundamental prerequisites.
• Capable of analyzing profit and loss statement data to create actionable insights for problem-solving.
• A valid driver's license and reliable commute are prerequisites for this position.
