As a Back of House Team Member, you will support the kitchen team and ensure each guest receives their food order quickly and accurately and leaves with a smile.

• Demonstrate clear communication with team members in both kitchen and front of house
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Communicate written and verbally with others; honest, direct, timely; clear, concise; able to receive feedback from management

• Maintain cleanliness, quality, & safety standards in food preparation & service areas in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards that comply with all federal, state, & local regulatory procedures

• Works in hot, cold, noisy and fast paced environment
