Requirements of Shift Team Lead:

• 18 years old
• Capability to operate effectively in a high-speed work environment
• Over a year of experience managing a restaurant
• The capacity to communicate proficiently and oversee a team is crucial when in a position of leadership
• Proficiency in both expressing thoughts and solving numerical problems is highly beneficial
• Able to lift 50 lbs
