Role and Responsibilities:

As a Custodian, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen while supporting both culinary and service teams to ensure efficient operations.

• Operate dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Ensure the dishwashing area is tidy and organized to uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen stocked with clean plates, bowls, and cooking utensils to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly disposing of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to support a streamlined workflow and timely guest service.
• Assist with additional cleaning duties, including wiping countertops and performing sweeping and mopping tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or cleaning role is beneficial.
• Ability to follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support others as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using commercial dishwashing equipment and cleaning tools.
