Basic Qualifications:

• No prior experience is needed
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and timeliness, with or without reasonable adjustments
• Willing to be on duty during a range of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Observe store procedures and benchmarks, including serving quality beverages and food products, handling cash transactions, and securing the store, with or without necessary accommodations
• Engage customers through positive and transparent communication to comprehend their needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Produce food and drinks using prescribed or customized recipes
• Undertake numerous duties within the store while on shift
• Aptitude for rapid learning and skill development
• Being adept at comprehending and carrying out verbal and written directives and proactively seeking clarification when faced with ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Contributing positively to a team entails being supportive, respectful, and reliable in group endeavors
