Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant General Manager:

• Support in the process of attracting, selecting, integrating, and nurturing staff members.
• Clearly outline the job responsibilities and ensure team members are aware of what is expected of them while also enforcing accountability for their performance and actions.
• Enhance the growth of the support team by offering coaching, training, and delegating tasks to build their skills and confidence.
• Establish and uphold a culture that prioritizes the satisfaction and well-being of guests in the restaurant environment.
• Make sure there are enough employees scheduled for each shift to meet guest service objectives.
• Uphold a protected and wholesome setting through the implementation of safety protocols, food safety measures, and sanitation policies.
• Implementing brand guidelines, cooking instructions, operations procedures, and promotional campaigns within the dining establishment.
• Develop and execute strategies for enhancing production, efficiency, excellence, and customer service levels.
• Examine comments from guests and assessments of operations to discover and execute enhancements.
• Keep expenses in check to enhance profitability and achieve sales targets efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant General Manager:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required, with further education being advantageous.
• Previous involvement in the food service, sales, or managerial positions.
• Fundamental understanding of computers and writing capabilities.
• Understanding mathematical concepts and principles as well as principles of financial management is crucial.
• Proficient in the English language with strong communication skills.
• Must be of legal age, typically 18 years or older.
