Job Summary of Store Manager:

This position supports daily restaurant operations by guiding team members, delivering excellent guest service, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include supporting sales goals, managing product preparation, and helping create a friendly and efficient environment for guests and staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Manager:

Lead and support team members to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
Oversee product preparation, presentation, and food safety standards.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational procedures.
Monitor performance and provide coaching to team members.
Support training and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Use POS systems and follow operational guidelines.
Assist with financial processes such as sales and cost awareness.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Manager:

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
Experience with POS systems and daily operational procedures.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
