Typical responsibilities:

• Craft a variety of handmade cocktails, alcohol-free mocktails, and unique specialty drinks with skill and creativity, using top-notch components, methods, and decorations. Consistently come up with fresh and thrilling beverage concoctions.
• Deliver outstanding customer care by greeting visitors warmly, initiating pleasant and professional discussions, and grasping their likes and dislikes. Provide personalized recommendations and advice tailored to their individual preferences to guarantee a unique and pleasant visit.
• Serve drinks promptly and accurately, ensuring that all orders are prepared according to company standards and individual preferences to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Showcase a deep comprehension of both traditional and modern mixology, encompassing a wide range of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and additional mixers. Keep abreast of the latest developments and innovative approaches in the field.
• Ensure the bar area is kept tidy and well-arranged, making sure that all glassware, utensils, and bar equipment are cleaned and within easy reach. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to handle and store ingredients correctly.
• Safe alcohol service training certification is earned through the completion of a training program that focuses on responsible serving practices
• Collaborate with fellow team members such as servers, kitchen personnel, and supervisors to guarantee efficient functioning and a cohesive clientele journey. Offer assistance during peak hours and lend a hand in various sections of the venue when required.
• Accurately process customer payments, responsibly manage cash, and ensure the security of the cash register while maintaining precise records of sales, tips, and inventory for efficient management and financial clarity.

Background and competencies sought:

• Proficiency in managing a complete range of bar and wine offerings
• Expertise in upscale dining
• Capability to lift, manipulate, and transport beverage products, materials, glass racks, smallwares, and machinery that weigh up to 50 pounds is required
• Effective communication and attentive listening are essential skills for interacting with supervisors, staff, and visitors.
