Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Lead, you will lead and support a team dedicated to excellent service and food quality. You will help build a high-performing crew and foster an environment where everyone thrives.

• Administer the daily restaurant operations to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Provide assistance, motivation, and guidance to facilitate effective teamwork among team members
• Promote a work atmosphere that values diversity and encourages a sense of belonging for each employee
• Uphold the set standards for quality and cleanliness in every aspect of the restaurant
• Support in hitting goals for sales volume and profit
• Perform tasks such as handling deposits and coordinating shifts effectively

Required Skills and Experience:

• A track record of at least two years in a leadership role within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries is preferred
• Possessing a strong talent for encouraging and facilitating teamwork among individuals
• Eagerness to offer top-tier customer service and exceptional food
• Dynamic, truthful, motivating, and vibrant approach to leading others
• Verified capability in setting and adhering to elevated performance benchmarks
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least one year of driving experience in the U.S.
• Dependable commuting solutions (excluding public transport)

• A keen interest in acquiring knowledge, growing, and confronting novel tasks in the arena of restaurant leadership
