Job Summary of Waitstaff:

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and cooking food, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards throughout the restaurant. This role requires teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude to ensure every guest has a satisfying dining experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Waitstaff:

Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously.
Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to restaurant standards.
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Waitstaff:

Previous experience in a fast - paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with co - workers and customers.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts.
