As a key member of the Ruby Tuesday team, the Bartender is an essential role focused on delivering a fantastic experience for our guests. You'll be at the heart of the action, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages with skill and a positive attitude. Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
No prior bartending experience is necessary we'll teach you everything you need to know.
A genuine desire to provide friendly and attentive service to every guest.
The ability to learn and accurately create a variety of mixed drinks and beverages.
Willingness to follow proper food safety and serving protocols, as well as all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws.
Comfortable handling transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
Basic familiarity with computers, calculators, and other standard office equipment.
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to keep the bar running smoothly.
Professional, positive demeanor and excellent communication skills with both guests and colleagues.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
The capacity to stay flexible and efficient under pressure in a high-energy setting.
This position is physically demanding, requiring standing and walking for extended periods. You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and be prepared for frequent bending, reaching, and exposure to temperature changes and cleaning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for both bar patrons and dining room guests.
Ensure all drinks are made to the exact specifications outlined in Ruby Tuesday's recipes.
Serve food to guests who choose to dine at the bar.
Work to achieve and surpass sales goals set by management.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, glassware, and garnishes.
Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects our brand's values and makes a lasting impression.
Stay up-to-date on all beverage offerings and menu items to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Adhere to all policies concerning responsible alcohol service.
Quickly report any concerns regarding a guest's consumption to a manager.
Accurately process all guest payments and report tips in line with company and IRS policies.
Always act professionally and positively when interacting with guests and team members.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
