What You'll Do as a Pickup Specialist:

As a Pickup Specialist, you'll ensure that our guests enjoy their Cracker Barrel favorites anywhere they go. This tipped role focuses on fast-paced, friendly service and attention to detail as you prepare, package, and deliver to-go orders with care.

• Advocate for an uncomplicated to-go service that embodies the same level of hospitality as experienced within our premises
• Precisely take down orders and prepare meals with a strong emphasis on their presentation and checking for completeness
• Ensure that the to-go station is always equipped with a full range of condiments, utensils, and packaging materials for customer convenience
• Ensure teamwork and cooperation to achieve efficiency goals and boost guest satisfaction
