Rackson, a major Burger King operator, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, deliver exceptional service to guests, and foster a positive workplace environment. Role and Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing restaurant functions and supporting the team in delivering top-notch service to customers, all while prioritizing operational effectiveness and financial achievements.

  • Demonstrate self-awareness, motivate yourself and others, and seek feedback proactively
  • Maintain consistency with brand standards in terms of service execution, food quality, and safety procedures
  • Promote a nurturing work setting, tackle any team worries in a timely manner, and show appreciation and respect for employees
  • Streamline the process of tracking sales and labor operations
  • Consistently meeting cleanliness, maintenance, and service expectations is essential for preserving the brand's image
  • Establish and carry out plans for overseeing shift operations while adhering to cost containment protocols
  • Begin by demonstrating compassion and equality, recognizing and fostering abilities for prospective positions
  • Leverage financial insights to optimize business choices and uphold compliance with cash-handling policies
  • Ensure that labor laws are being followed accordingly
  • Manage workforce allocation, inventory supervision, and administrative responsibilities
  • Recognize shifts and establish initiatives to drive extended sales development
  • Encourage and coach team members to adhere to safety and quality regulations, promoting a culture of workplace safety
  • Contribute to the prosperity of the business by executing diverse responsibilities as necessary

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • A suitable candidate must either hold a high school diploma or demonstrate a background in managing restaurants
  • Effective English language communication crucial; familiarity with Spanish advantageous
  • Prior background in managing fast-food establishments
  • Proficiency in food and beverage metrics, product standards, and managerial protocols
  • Advanced skills in food preparation, production techniques, and ensuring safe practices in handling and delivering food items
  • Strong leadership skills, including remaining calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Possessing the skill to handle private information discreetly and involve the necessary individuals accordingly
  • Displaying an eagerness to acquire knowledge about all facets of running a restaurant and manage several sections proficiently
  • Approaching situations with optimism and a true intention to help and uphold others
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and eager to acquire new knowledge
  • Accountability for mistakes and a commitment to fix issues promptly
  • Reliable and trustworthy with a track record of consistent attendance
  • Trustworthy means of mobility for professional obligations and business functions
  • Willingness to work on a variety of schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical capability to handle weights of up to 50 pounds, endure prolonged periods of standing, squatting, bending, reaching overhead and below, and operate in changing temperatures while being exposed to common risks

  • Having the ability to effectively communicate verbally in Spanish
