Job Summary of Lead Shift Leader:

This position supports store leadership in managing daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring excellent guest experiences. The role focuses on supervising and developing shift leaders and crew, maintaining operational standards, and driving overall store performance in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Lead Shift Leader:

• Foster a positive team environment by coaching, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of crew members and shift leaders.
• Oversee daily operations including staff deployment, delegation of responsibilities, and execution of standards.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and model best practices for team members.
• Support initiatives to control labor costs, food costs, and cash handling accuracy.
• Drive sales through effective implementation of marketing initiatives and operational excellence.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for both guests and employees.
• Collaborate with management to assess performance, create action plans, and achieve store goals.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience of Lead Shift Leader:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Customer focused approach with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to problem solve, make sound decisions, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proven ability to manage responsibilities, set goals, and deliver results.
