Role and Responsibilities:

As a Culinary Associate Manager at Wingstop, you will partner with the management team to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure high-quality food preparation, and uphold Wingstop's brand standards. You'll lead and motivate your team to deliver excellence across customer service, operations, and product consistency.

• Promote an exceptional guest experience by fostering a collaborative, positive, and service-oriented work environment.
• Support the management team in ensuring food quality, operational consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Oversee production schedules, inventory management, and product presentation to meet brand and safety standards.
• Monitor operational processes, including cash handling, payroll, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Ensure all health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in managing local marketing initiatives, community engagement events, and brand representation activities.
• Actively participate in the daily opening and closing procedures, including financial reconciliation and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 13 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Availability:

• Full-time position requiring a minimum of 42 hours per week, with increased availability during peak seasons.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to work extended hours during high-demand periods to meet operational needs.
