This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast - paced environment. The position involves preparing products according to quality and operational standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating with team members to ensure guests receive outstanding service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Staff:

• Foster a positive team environment by arriving on time, demonstrating respect, and responding constructively to coaching.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to operational and brand standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including guest spaces, restrooms, and storage.
• Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Adhere to uniform and presentation standards, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
• Develop skills to execute multiple tasks effectively and contribute to operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Staff:

• Basic computer skills for completing online training modules.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Physical ability to operate standard restaurant equipment, lift 3050 pounds, and perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, and stretching.
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a team - oriented mindset.
