Role and Responsibilities:

As a Burger King Team Member, you'll provide exceptional customer care and assist in the daily functioning of the restaurant to uphold a hygienic, secure, and effective atmosphere. You will:

• Start interactions with a friendly demeanor, record customer preferences, manage financial transactions, and resolve any inquiries with professionalism.
• Perform transactions on cash registers or POS machines, implementing suggestive-selling methods to drive up sales.
• Assess the accuracy of customer orders and arrange and wrap food and drink items for service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, countertops, spots designated for food preparation, kitchen tools, eating areas, bathrooms, and the outside premises.
• Ensure that safety protocols are consistently maintained in workspaces.
• Help with the task of unloading and restocking inventory when necessary.
• Execute responsibilities across multiple workstations, encompassing the front counter, Drive-Thru, prep stations, and expeditor role.
• Arrive promptly and consistently for your designated shifts.
• Comply with Burger King's requirements regarding the attire and personal presentation of employees.
• Quickly and professionally rectify any issues that arise in a dining establishment.
• Enhance teamwork abilities and cooperate effectively to reach team targets.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere when interacting with visitors, co-workers, and superiors.
• Demonstrate effectiveness while working under pressure in a swiftly moving atmosphere.
• Ensure reliability and trust in all endeavors.
