YOUR ROLE: This is an entry level management position. Your role is to support the Restaurant Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate. Is willing to provide help and guidance to others. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1-Year leadership/supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment Strong Interpersonal skills, leadership, active listening and coaching Must pass background check criteria Basic personal computer literacy Must have reliable transportation Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
