Assistant Food Service Lead

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Food Service Lead you will be in charge of overseeing all aspects of store operations and guiding your team to achieve remarkable outcomes. This is a full-time position with a fixed salary, where you will be responsible for managing personnel, optimizing operations, driving sales, and maximizing profits.

• Ensure that store operations are supervised and that compliance with policies and procedures is maintained at all times.
• Behave in a manner that others can emulate, setting the bar for teamwork behavior, accomplishments, and ethos.
• Support and train team members, including those who are new to overseeing others or the skills required for pizza production.
• Coordinate the control of store personnel scheduling, staffing deployment, and staff efficiency.
• Create a safe and efficient work atmosphere.
• Achieve the set goals for sales, operations, and profitability to ensure overall success.
• Implement strategies to enhance communication effectiveness with team members and superiors, fostering better collaboration and understanding.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrating a positive demeanor and showing exuberant liveliness.
• Experience spanning over two years in effectively managing multiple roles.
• Previous history with Domino's or managing a network of stores and staff members.
• Requirement includes being 18 years or older and having a satisfactory driving history.
• Ability to proficiently navigate Outlook and email systems.
• Candidates must have obtained a high school diploma or its similar equivalent.
• Be able to pass background screenings and establish authorization for working in the United States.
• Possessing the ability to live close to the store's location.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Generate an income of $70,000 to $100,000 per year.
• Advancement possibilities available in a full-time, permanent position.
